Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Zhe Li, doing business as EntryCert ("we"), handles information when you use the EntryCert website and tools. Questions: [email protected].
Your files stay in your browser
The EntryCert checker, CSV validator and certificate generator run entirely in your web browser. CSV files and lab report PDFs you open, the data you type into forms, and the files the tools create (certificate PDF/HTML, Registry CSV, broker sheet) are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to us or to any third party. We do not receive, store or see them. PDF prefill reads the text of your PDF locally in your browser; no AI service or other external service is used. When you close or reload the page, the data is gone unless you saved the files yourself.
Information we do process
- Purchase information: when you buy, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, our Merchant of Record) collects your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive order details such as your name, email, product, and amount; we never receive your full card number.
- License keys: when you enter a license key in the generator, your browser sends the key and the SKU you are unlocking to our server, which checks it with Creem. The key is stored in your browser (localStorage) so you do not have to re-enter it; we store only a one-way hash of the key with its activation and subscription status. Your product data and files are not sent.
- Technical data: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, browser user agent, page requested, time) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
- Aggregate analytics: if enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate statistics such as page views and referrers.
- Messages you send us by email.
How we use information
To provide and improve the Service, process purchases and refunds (with Creem), respond to support requests, keep the Service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service: Creem (payments, tax, invoicing, license keys), Cloudflare (hosting, security and cookieless analytics), and our email provider. They may use it only to provide services to us.
Cookies
The EntryCert site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Creem's checkout may use cookies needed to complete payment.
Retention
Files you process in the tools: not retained by us (never received). Order records: as long as required for tax and accounting law. Support emails: up to 3 years. Hosting request data is kept by Cloudflare according to its policies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither). California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of other states and countries may have similar rights. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days (45 days where the law allows) and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity.
International processing
EntryCert is operated from Zhejiang, China. Our service providers (including Cloudflare and Creem) may process information in the United States and other countries. We apply the protections in this policy wherever information is processed.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the tools keep your files on your device. No method is 100% secure; protect the device and files you save.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new effective date.
